Visa/Immigration/Citizenship
Document Preparation Process

1. Order Confirmation and Initial Communication:

A Document Specialist will receive your order and confirm the type of application you’re interested in. We will also check if any of your documents need to be translated into English, as we do not accept translations done by other agencies. Rest assured, we provide USCIS approved professional translations for your documents along with a notarized certificate of translation. You will also receive an initial email outlining the request information and next steps to keep you informed.

2. Document Collection and Information Submission

After receiving your initial email, you will receive a second email requesting all the necessary documents for your application. Along with this, we have created a Google Form in your native language to make it even easier for you to provide the required information. These documents may include personal identification, proof of relationship (if applicable), financial records, employment verification, and any other supporting documentation required by USCIS.

3. Application Form Preparation and Document Assembly

Once you’ve gathered all the necessary documents and submitted the Google Form, our document specialist will take care of filling out the application form using the information you've provided. They will ensure that all details are accurately represented and will also compile all the required documents into a complete application package, ready for review.

4.Final Review and Client Approval

Once we’ve completed the file, our document specialist will review all the information with you to ensure that it is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. After confirming everything, you will sign the form as required (please note that some forms may not necessitate your signature until the interview with the USCIS officer). Additionally, you will need to enclose a check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for the relevant USCIS fees. This review process ensures that all details are correct and that you feel confident moving forward with your application.

5.Form Filing and Submission

Once the form has been reviewed and approved, we will file it with the appropriate immigration authority. This process may involve submitting the form online through their official website or mailing a physical copy along with all required supporting documents.

6. Confirmation of Submission:

Once the file has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from USCIS. This confirmation may include a receipt number or other tracking information that you can use to check the status of your application online.
